Sam Bhide is an experienced Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) with over 17 years of expertise in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. She holds a Master’s degree in MSK Physiotherapy (2010) and advanced qualifications as an Independent Prescriber (2022) and Injection Therapist (2016).
Sam is the Founder and Clinical Director of Physiozen Ltd., where she integrates physiotherapy, Pilates, and digital health platforms to deliver holistic, patient-centred care. Her guiding principle: "Treat others as you would like to be treated — with compassion and respect."
She holds leadership roles on the executive committees of the Primary Care Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Medicine Society (PCRMM) and the Advanced Practice Physiotherapy Network (APPN). She also contributes to national clinical guidelines for Polymyalgia Rheumatica and serves as a peer reviewer for Rheumatology journal.
A passionate educator, Sam presents at national conferences, delivers clinical webinars, and is currently authoring a textbook, “MSK Essentials in Primary Care,” scheduled for publication in 2025.
Beyond the clinic, Sam teaches mat Pilates in the gym and runs community exercise classes for older adults, promoting movement and wellbeing at all ages. In her spare time, she enjoys playing cricket with her son and hiking with her family.
